Midwest Floor Coverings, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser (account) that all products supplied shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under the normal use and service for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The following items are NOT covered by the warranty:
1. Cabinetry installed or used in an outdoor application.
2. Cabinetry that has been subjected to misuse, vandalism, negligence, accident, handling, incorrect installation or any other alterations or modifications from original verified design.
3. Cabinetry which has been improperly stored. If storage is required, it should be covered and remain in a temperature and humidity controlled environment, away from direct sunlight.
4. Cabinetry damaged by fire, flood, acts of God or any other causes outside your control.
5. Cabinetry exhibiting signs of normal wear and tear.
6. Cabinetry displaying any changes in color or appearance due to the use of abrasive cleaners. Cleaners containing chlorine, acidic cleaners, scuffing sponges or steel wool should not be used.
